Chaudhary Yogesh Nauhwar is a dedicated political leader from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, with deep roots in the agricultural community of the Braj region. He joined the Rashtriya Lok Dal in 2007 and has since been a committed voice for farmers and rural communities of western Uttar Pradesh.
- 2007 — Joined the Rashtriya Lok Dal under the leadership of Chaudhary Ajit Singh
- 2012 — Contested the Mant assembly seat (RLD) for the first time
- 2017 — Contested again from Mant, lost by only 432 votes
- 2024 — Elected unopposed as Member of the UP Legislative Council (MLC)

I have lived in the Mant region all my life and have seen many leaders come and go, but Chaudhary Yogesh Nauhwar is truly different.
As a young RLD worker who joined the party just three years ago, I have seen up close how Chaudhary Yogesh Nauhwar leads from the front. He is always available — whether it is a 7 AM party meeting or an afternoon public grievance camp.
Our farmer community had been demanding proper irrigation facilities for years but no one listened. Yogesh Nauhwar ji personally raised our issue in the Legislative Council and met officials of the concerned department several times on our behalf.
I have followed Chaudhary Yogesh Nauhwar's political journey since 2012 when he first contested from the Mant seat. Even when he lost elections by a very narrow margin, he did not disappear from the area like most leaders do.
Our village had no proper drinking water facility for years and the borewell had been broken for months. We submitted a written complaint to Yogesh Nauhwar ji's office and within a few days his team followed up with the Jal Nigam department.
